Job Vacancy: Youth Pastor

At Lovechurch, we believe that investing in our young people is one of the most important things we can do. We want to see them come to know Jesus, grow in their faith and become confident disciples who make a difference wherever God places them.

It's an exciting time for our youth ministry. Over the last year, we've welcomed an average of 42 young people each Wednesday evening, with attendance reaching 48 and around 22 young people on Sunday mornings, with numbers sometimes climbing to 45. We are grateful for all that God is doing and are expectant about the future for Youth at Lovechurch.

We're now looking for a passionate Youth Pastor to lead this incredible ministry into its next chapter. You'll be joining a church that is committed to investing in the next generation and a team that is values encouragement, collaboration and prayer.

There is significant room for negotiation in this role as we are willing to be flexible to accommodate the particular strengths and needs of a promising candidate. • Job Title: Youth Pastor

• Contract: Permanent

• Reporting to: Associate Pastor: Chris Muir

• Hours: 21-35 hours per week depending on the candidate's capacity to develop the ministry.

• Salary: £25,000-£29,000 full time equivalent depending on experience and qualifications.

• Timeline: Applications will close at 22:00 on Sun 26 Jul 26. Interviews will take place during w/c Mon 3 Aug 26. The role will commence from September.
