Love Christmas is back this year!
Last year we handed out 65 Christmas Food Hampers for families in need of food at Christmas alongside gifts for children who wouldn’t have received them otherwise. We also partnered with ICN and Safe & Sound to give out bags of kindness to vulnerable asylum seekers and vulnerable women in our community.
This year with the cost of living crisis, we’ll be giving out more hampers and bags of kindness than ever! We’re aiming to provide:
60 families in our community with a Christmas food hamper.
265 children with Christmas gifts.
Vulnerable migrants of all ages.
Vulnerable local women with Christmas gifts.
Ways to get involved:
Tables set up Thursday 7th December for a couple of hours at St Clement’s.
Hamper packing on Sunday 10th December after the 10am service for a couple of hours at St Clement’s.
Tables set up & bag prep Wednesday 20th December for a couple of hours at St Clement’s.
Hamper and Stocking packing on Thursday 21st December for a couple of hours at St Clement’s.
Donation items needed up to and including Dec 3rd: Women’s toiletries/minced pies/tinned salmon*.
Donation items needed up to and including Dec 17th: Tins of custard/stuffing/gravy*.
