Alpha team assemble!

Alpha is back this autumn, and we couldn't be more excited!

Following the joy of Beach Baptisms and all that God has been doing in recent months, we're expectant that many people in our community will be exploring faith and asking big questions. We'd love you to be part of making that journey possible!

We’re building our Alpha team and looking for people to serve in a variety of roles, from small group leaders and helpers to cooks, servers, barista and welcome teams, as well as production support. Whatever your gifts or experience, there's a place for you.

Serving on Alpha is a real privilege. Week by week, you'll have the opportunity to walk alongside people as curiosity grows into understanding, and understanding becomes faith in Jesus. Paula, one of our Alpha Team members describes its as:

Alpha offers the hope of a new life with Christ and it is a tremendous privilege to journey with each guest and witness lives turned around!

And Lorna, another of our team members, puts its beautifully:

The Holy Spirit does the work, we just have the awesome privilege of witnessing that!

It is worthy of mention that one of the beautiful things about Alpha is that it often transforms the lives of those who serve too. We've seen God do incredible things through our team members. For many, taking a simple step of obedience by joining the Alpha team has become the beginning of something God has used in powerful ways. It really is one of the most joyful, faith-building and rewarding ministries to be part of.
